Meet the Team

Steve Barger
Partner, Designated Broker

Steve is a founding partner of CRE Property Advisors. A veteran in the industry, he has over 46 years of real estate development experience of which 40 years have been in Arizona. Steve focuses on due diligence including site selection, feasibility-studies, financial & demographic analysis with market data, as well as coordinating all new construction and adaptive reuse projects. Steve’s extensive development experience includes a wide variety of projects including offices, medical office buildings, mixed-use projects, and other specialty uses.

Steve participates in the assembly of the consultative team including Architects and Engineers towards creating a better product as a team, rather than as individuals.

Steve’s expertise is exemplified in the creativity, planning, and organizing process of any size commercial real estate project.

David Crum
Partner, Real Estate Technologies

David is a founding partner of CRE Property Advisors. He has over 35 years in real estate and property management experience in Arizona and Colorado. He believes in challenging the real estate ideation processes. David is driven by the desire to keep the companies service offerings relevant and ahead of the technology curve. Given the convergence of building technologies and new trends, materials and solutions - David continually focuses the organization to find and capture new opportunities for sustainability – thereby setting CRE apart in the sector of Technology in Buildings.

Smart & sustainable buildings seek the creative use of technology and automation, David knows and understands the value of collaboration with the companies clients, with the objective to incorporate unique and innovative solutions into those varied projects for CRE’s clients.
